Cancellation Policy
Once an order is placed and payment is successfully completed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. Orders are processed immediately after confirmation, and by proceeding with the purchase, customers agree to this policy.
Price differences found on other platforms or sellers do not qualify as valid reasons for cancellation.
Can I return/exchange my order?
We currently offer Replacement Only for:
- Physically damaged products
- Manufacturing defects
- Incorrect shipments
To raise a replacement request, please send us a WhatsApp message at 📲 8398-873189 with:
- An unboxing video
- Clear photos of the issue
- Your Order ID
This must be shared within 24 hours of delivery. This is mandatory for us to process your claim.
Photos/videos must clearly show the damage or defect.
Claims raised after 24 hours cannot be processed as our shipping partners do not accept late complaints.
All replacement requests must include the product in its original packaging with tags/labels intact. If the product is not returned in acceptable condition, your request may be disqualified, and the plushie will be shipped back to you.
🚫 Replacement is not accepted for:
- Used / opened plushies
- Items without original tags or altered in any way
- Hygiene-related concerns (since plushies are personal/gifting items)
- Change of mind
- Personal dislike of the toy’s look/size/feel after purchase
Every plushie is carefully described on our website with photos and details. Please review them before ordering.
What happens after approval?
Once your replacement request is approved:
- The product may undergo a quality inspection
- A replacement product will be shipped to your registered address
If the request is found ineligible, the product will be returned to you.
⚠️ We do not offer returns, refunds, or direct exchanges.
The package I received is open. What should I do?
If the outer packaging is open, torn, or tampered with, please do not accept the delivery.
If you accept such a package from the courier, ToyInTrend cannot take responsibility for damages, missing items, or incorrect shipments.
How can I register a replacement request?
Send us a WhatsApp message at 📲 8398-873189 within 24 hours of delivery.
Include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos/videos of the damaged or defective item
Our support team will guide you with the next steps.
Can I exchange a product?
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different plushie, please place a new order.
